current policies.

inside the studio.

  • consultations are through email. if you submit a request please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

  • please arrive at the time of your appointment, i can not take you earlier than your appointment time.

  • when you arrive at your appointment you may come straight to my studio (loft 8) where only the client being serviced is allowed in.

  • a cleaning team cleans the salon 6 days out of the week. my studio will have proper cleaning supplies to sanitize all tools, seats, bowls, etc. and everything will be sanitized after every single client. 

  • hand sanitizer will be available inside of my studio.

cancelations/no-shows.

  • appointments can be rescheduled or canceled 48 hours before hand. late cancelations will result in being charged 25% for your services.

  • after 25 minutes you are considered a no show’s will be charged 80% of your services.

parking/entrance.

  • there is 2 hour meter parking circling the building.

  • for longer appointments please park at Target, or Total Wine.
